It’s your calling card. It’s what people see first. It makes a significant impression which is why logo designs are so important.
I’ll be honest. I’ve had my fair share of logos for Wymberly Communications. Each time I made a new one for myself, it just didn’t feel right… The colors didn’t fit me or the text was off. I played on photoshop until I got so frustrated I just settled on one. I have a tiny business in comparison to others’ so changing up my logo sporadically doesn’t have much impact on me. But, think about how Google changes their logo from time to time. It’s in minute, subtle ways that are hard to even notice until pointed out. They do this little by little until they reach the end design goal they had in mind. Imagine the outrage if they changed the entire thing all at once (eye roll but an unfortunately true statement).
